On February 2017, a Russian 19-year-old named Konstantin jumped off 23rd floor from his house, attempting Leap of Faith from his favourite videogame.[1]

According to the boy's parents, he was playing Assassin's Creed too much, which resulted him to attempt the tricks in real life.

Pedestrians noticed Konstantin's dead body and called 112. The medics took him to the hospital, where he was announced dead.

Leap of Faith gone horribly wrong: The moral of the story is that, no matter what game you're playing, you must be aware that video games are meant to be entertainment, and attempting to emulate the stuff that happens there is just crossing the line.

Makes you wonder if games like this should come with the "Don't try these stunts at home!" label in The future.

Just goes to show you shouldn't copy what you see in video games.

You saying "I don't know whether to laugh or cry" reminds me of the song "She's Out Of My Life" by the late legendary pop singer Michael Jackson.

Definitely a lesson to all gamers: NEVER mimic whatever inappropriate behaviors you see in video games. See? This is why no video games or movies have ever affected my behavior as I'm NOT an aggressive and violent person to society.

You are telling me I shouldn't run everybody over randomly like in GTA? Too late, if so.
