Battletoads is a port of the NES game, released in 1994 for the Amiga and Amiga CD32 by Mindscape.

Why it Sucks

  1. You can't have both music and SFX play at the same time.
  2. The game is much slower than the original.
  3. Choppy animation.
  4. Awful hit detection.
  5. Convoluted control scheme. You can only use one button for both jumping and attacking, and which of these will come out seems totally random at times, thus making combat needlessly frustrating.
  6. It cuts a few levels, which are replaced by two exclusive levels to this version, but both stages (a generic shooting level and a jetpack level) are too slow and boring.
